Sean T. Devenney is an attorney at Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP, where he practices Construction Law, Medical Malpractice Defense, and General Civil Litigation including Complex Commercial Litigation. Mr. Devenney earned his B.S., with high honors in Finance, from Pennsylvania State University, and his J.D., cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law – Bloomington. Sean is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Indiana.
Mr. Devenney is a member of several committees for the Indiana State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. During his career, Mr. Devenney has helped clients resolve a variety of large scale complex construction disputes involving issues including construction delay, large scale cost overruns, and design errors and omissions. Additionally, Mr. Devenney has experience representing physicians, dentists, hospitals and other medical professionals through the litigation process. Mr. Devenney has handled matters in both State and Federal trial and appellate courts. He has also been named an Indiana Rising Star from 2009-2013 and Super Lawyer from 2014-2019 in the Practice Area of Construction Litigation.
