With over thirty years of legal experience, Thomas J. Grau concentrates his practice in the areas of professional liability, construction law and mediation.  Tom is a Partner at DSV and has represented numerous architects, engineers, surveyors, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, product manufacturers, accountants, tax advisors, security brokers, real estate agents, safety professionals, attorneys, doctors, nurses and dentists throughout his years of practice.  He is also a certified mediator and as an advocate and neutral has been involved in some 300 to 400 mediations involving professional liability, construction, product liability and general liability issues.  Prior to becoming a lawyer, Tom was employed in various financial positions by two Fortune 100 international corporations.  Tom is detailed oriented and prides himself in representing his clients, and conducting mediations, in a personable, professional and results oriented manner.
