Will concentrates his practice in the areas of construction and real estate law. He has experience representing a wide range of clients with drafting and negotiating construction and design contracts, real estate purchase agreements, land contracts, and lease agreements. Will also represents design professionals, contractors, owners, developers and insurers with construction, professional liability, and real estate matters, ranging from pre-litigation claims, loss prevention assistance, insurance coverage issues, mediation, arbitration, and litigated matters in state and federal court.
Will has represented clients in real estate litigation disputes, including commercial landlords and tenants, mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions, professional liability claims against title insurance agents, professional liability claims against surveyors relating to survey and boundary disputes, and boundary/title/lien priority disputes involving landowners and lienholders that were insured through title insurance policies.
Will has been recognized as an Indiana Super Lawyer Rising Star in the practice area of Construction Litigation from 2009 – 2018. He was also recognized as a Super Lawyer in 2022 and 2023. Will also received the Indianapolis Bar Association Bar Leader Series V award and is a Distinguished Fellow with the Indiana Bar Foundation. He has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell.
