Doug concentrates his practice in the areas of environmental law and litigation.  Prior to DSV, Doug spent over eight years with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM), most recently as Deputy Assistant Commissioner, Office of Land Quality.  He also served as lead counsel to the Office of Records Management and represented IDEM in administrative litigation proceedings.
