DSV’s Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To our valued clients and friends:

Drewry Simmons Vornehm, LLP (DSV) will continue to serve our clients’ needs despite the outbreak of the Coronavirus. However, DSV, like all other businesses, needs to make a short term change in our practices given our commitment to the safety of our employees, clients, friends, and neighbors.

As everyone is no doubt aware, the President of the United States has declared a national emergency. We believe that it is our duty to both all our stakeholders and the community at large to do what we can to protect each other from the spread of the Coronavirus. In that vein, DSV is instituting a work from home policy to maximize social distancing as prescribed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention while still continuing to protect our clients’ interests.

We are one of the “lucky” industries in which technology should allow us to maintain all of the core functions you expect from our firm to meet our clients’ needs.  Our lawyers will continue to be available by phone, email, and video conferencing if necessary.  However, as with all technology, there could be hiccups and we ask for your indulgence as we all come together to fight what is truly a national emergency. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We will strive to meet our clients’ needs with continued outstanding representation and client services while doing what is necessary to minimize impacts to the health and safety of our stakeholders and community.
